How Tiger Farming in China Threatens World’s Wild Tigers

Number of tigers living in the wild: 3,200 (approximately).

Number of tigers being farmed in China: 5,000 to 6,000.

A tiger farm is a feed lot for tigers where they are bred like cattle for their parts to make luxury goods, such as tiger bone wine and tiger skin rugs.

There really is no excuse for treating animals in the way shown in the Animal Aid video below. I continue to wonder how this country is considered a nation of animal lovers when animals are kept in such conditions and treated so badly.
